Top 4 star hotel with over 280 rooms in Oxfordshire requires an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join their busy sales team. This role is very proactive and involves a lot of new business generation each week. You will need to have an excellent understanding of the corporate client market within hospitality and local Oxfordshire knowledge is desirable. You will be upselling the corporate facilities of the property, and where possible referring business to other properties within the group which includes hotels, conference and hospitality venues. You will making appointments each week and will aim to meet set targets and generate revenue. You will have excellent communication skills, confidence and ability to cope with a proactive, pressurised role. A background in hotel sales and management is essential. They require a client-focused individual who is able to professionally liaise with clients. In return they offer a substantial package of up to £30K+benefits+bonus.
